"I stayed in this hotel during a recent 2-day break to Liverpool, and I was very impressed by the standard of the property. Upon my arrival I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who informed me that I'd been upgraded to a deluxe room, which was an unexpected surprise. With this upgrade I was given a voucher entitling me to 200% off food and drink purchased in the hotel throughout my stay. Needless to say that I took advantage of this offer and I'm very glad that I did, as the food and service in both the Seven Seas Brasserie and the Castaway Bar were second to none. It is with this in mind that I rate this hotel a 5/5 property and I will be back. "

"I don’t usually write reviews, but the staff here were so lovely that I wanted to. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful, above and beyond what we would have hoped for. Everything was clean and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good (and great bonus that kids eat free). The people really made it a great experience though, and they were particularly kind to our children, who were tired from travelling. "

"Dockside view room Was amazing with plenty of space , a living area with settee and bathroom was roomy with large shower and seperate bath . Hotel is a bit far out but worth it . Book the pool before you go as we were disappointed not to get in as it was full"

"Full breakfast options and good value. The hotel is a beautiful art deco style and very much in the centre of the city and short walk from Lime Street station. The hotel has some original fittings and that adds to its charm. For example the room has an original radiator with manual control. Then it has an ultra modern TV ext. And usb port on the double socket. Ok, it's not gone a swimming pool, not sure about a gym. But it's good for resting and for that property with history. The lounge area is simple gorgeous to hang out. "

"Lovely clean cosy room with a Beatles vibe and comfy bed. Could do with decaf teabags as well as coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was very nice, everything fresh and hot. Great location, very central. Would definitely stay here again. 😊👍"
