Service was a bit slow .. but it was nice. Overall experience was good.

It was my 4th visit to Taj Damdama and just like before the property did not fail to impress me with their hospitality. The resort is under renovation and took extra care to inform us about it and gave us room where we did not hear any noise and it did not feel that we are in a property where work is going on. Fantastic experience and lovely staff who could not be more helpful. Good restaurant and breakfast was decent. Noisy on the Saturday night due to a wedding. Not great when i was up at five am for flight home...

Great hotel. Staff is really friendly and go out of their way to help. House keeping is very meticulous and the rooms are well kept and cozy.

The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable. Housekeeping staff do a great job in keeping the rooms clean. Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Delhi. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. The property is very nice and properly maintained. The staff is very polite abd courteous. The only thing they can do better is add activities in the package itself and not pay extra for Tambola and other games.

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.
