Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful, Rooftop terrace bar is brilliant with a great view of the grand canal and rialto bridge.

Perfect spot overlooking the lagoon, with views of Venice and Burano from the balcony. Staff really helpful with the desk manned the majority of the time even though its a small property. Murano is busy by day quiet by night with most things closed by 19:00. There is a 24 hour ferry to the main Venice island from the Navagero stop which is 1 minute walk from the property.

I was a little bit wary staying on an island rather than in the heart of Venice but the apartment was lovely and easily accessible by water bus. It was well appointed and the staff were really helpful during our stay. It would have been useful to know about the 30 Euro end of stay cleaning charge on Expedia.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything we needed. Our room was spacious, warm, and very cozy, beds were so comfortable, making it a pleasure to relax in. The restaurant staff did a wonderful job looking after us at breakfast each morning, and we enjoyed a top-class Christmas evening dinner where both the food and service were outstanding. We stayed at the JW Marriott for 4 days and loved every minute. It's a beautiful, clean hotel 20 minutes by boat shuttle service from Venice. The staff can't do enough to help and never said 'no' to any of our requests. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and looked forward to our breakfast each morning. Sitting outside, looking at the trees and sea in the distance with a crisp fresh croissant and a cappuccino was the perfect start to our day. Food was of a high quality, always hot and fresh....

We had a great stay here. My husband , 8 year old daughter and I spent three nights in February. Murano is beautiful and peaceful - plenty of restaurants and it is engaging, with its beautiful glass craft. We were transferred free of charge from the airport to the hotel by boat. The Hyatt also provided a free shuttle boat to Venice . We spent an afternoon walking Venice which was stunning - though very busy. Outstanding small hotel on Giudecca with friendly service, charming rooms and quiet location. Breakfast excellent. A number of good restaurants nearby. Vaporetto services a few hundred metres away. After many years visiting Venice this is one of the best place we have found for the price and ambiance.

Perfect location lovely hotel

Loved staying at this hotel, which was only a 10min walk from the airport waterbus and similar to the main sites. Very friendly reception staff who showed the main sites and some useful places for food. The room was really quiet as it was facing the inside (room 7). Amenities provided were fine and bottled water was offered all the time. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely boutique hotel in s great location 2 minutes flat walk from San Angelo vaporetto stop which was also served by the airport water bus line. An easy walk to main attractions or to get the vaporetto along the Grand Canal. The hotel itself was lovely, very clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff and a good buffet breakfast and would stay there again

Super clean, convenient location, staff members are great, they were super helpful! We will definitely stay again as we will come to Venice frequently.
