"Amazing hotel with everything you need in a most breathtaking location. We loved everything from the communication with the staff before and during our stay. We had the half board option which was convenient for us after a long day of travel and it was so nice sitting out for our breakfast as well. Selections were more than enough and the staff was great! Some days you have to pinch yourself when you walk out and see the views. The only thing we had to worry about was the hike down the many steps when it was raining but we managed to figure it out. One of the best parts was the location which was convenient for everything. Would most definitely recommend this hotel!"

The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made it even more relaxing to unwind. "The shower pressure and breakfast was 10/10! George was wonderful! However, this hotel has no elevators and the stairs were very difficult with our luggage. The rooms build up EXTREME MOISTURE so everything feels wet and the walls and the door are wet. We found multiple bugs/flies/insects in our room and did report to staff as well. The windows don’t have a window screen so anytime we opened it, it brought in a lot of different insects. The shower and pressure is 10/10 although my partner did complain about the water turning cold on some evenings. The kitchen dining area also has a lot of flies which they said is common due to the weather but it’s not ideal to eat with flies everywhere in your body and landing on your dishes/IN your food. Overall, it was an okay stay but I would not stay here again in the future."

"I was amazed at how beautiful the views from this hotel was. Quaint cute little hotel room. Clean. Staff was sooo nice. They gave me a blanket when they saw me watching the sunset and it was a little cold. Also brought me wine a one fruit free of charge! They were so helpful and kind. Really enjoyed my stay here. Nice area also."

"The view from this property is absolutely breathtaking, with an incredible caldera view that truly stands out and makes the entire stay memorable. The place was clean and everything matched what was described on the property page, which made the stay very reliable and comfortable. Since we did not have a rental car, the property was helpful in arranging taxis for us whenever needed. The property also had two bathrooms, one of which had an open concept design. This was not an issue for us. There are quite a few stairs to climb, but that is expected for the location and part of the overall experience. Overall, it was a beautiful stay. We didn’t get the Expedia perk of 1 beverage per 2 people per stay. "
