"Absolutely nothing we didn’t like about Charisma Suites. Room was cleaned twice a day by what seemed to be cleaning ninjas. We never saw them but seemed like our room was clean any time we returned. Food from the hotel restaurant was delicious. We had the prosciutto pizza 3 times, and the gnocchi was incredible. Service was amazing from start to end. Also very easy to get wherever you need to go on the island with their private drivers. Would highly recommend this place to anyone."

"We accidentally booked this hotel during a very stressful time—our daughter was unexpectedly hospitalized—and despite reaching out immediately, the hotel refused to adjust or cancel the reservation. There was no flexibility or compassion shown, which was especially disheartening.
