Staff was very friendly and helpful. Christina at front desk gave tons of tips and recommendations! Multiple flights of stairs to get to our room, but the staff carried our luggage and check-in and check-out without us asking. Transportation setup was smooth, but did cost the same as the Ubers/taxis, but it was still nice. Daily...

The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and provided a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff were fantastic, always friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to help with any questions we had or provide recommendations. Their hospitality really made a difference and helped make our stay that much more enjoyable. The food was also excellent! Everything we had was delicious, and we were very impressed with the quality. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience at Cresanto Luxury Suites and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. We would happily stay here again!"

"This was in the perfect location! Just down the hill from shops and eateries. I loved that we were across the street from the path to Fira. It was not a bad walk down! There were so many little shops. We walked to Fira, took the bus for 2.20 euro to Oia, then back down to Fira and walked back up to Imerovigli. Exploring Imerovigli the next night was wonderful too. It's the perfect mix between Oia and Fira. You can see the blue domes here as well as the sunset at one of the many local establishments. Yona is the premier host as well. She arranged transport for us to/from the airport with Demitris (70 Euro round trip for all 3 of us). She offered many excursion ideas as well. The room was very clean. The location was private, quiet and safe. The girls shared the bed and I slept on the couch. The only complaint was that the bed was very firm and needed more padding. Maybe consider getting a foam topper."

"Lovely, relaxing stay with excellent staff We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa. The staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming throughout, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. It was a lovely, relaxing experience and just what we had hoped for. As with many properties in Santorini, be prepared for plenty of stairs! This is very much part of the island's character, but worth bearing in mind. My only criticism relates to the steps leading down from the private hot tub. The safety handrail could be more securely fitted, and I think some anti-slip rubber strips on the steps would be a sensible addition. I appreciate that these might detract slightly from the beautiful whitewashed appearance of the property, but unfortunately my wife slipped on the steps and hurt herself, so it is a safety issue worth addressing. That aside, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Pegasus Suites & Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing Santorini getaway."
