"Easy check in and check out for this hotel. Property is conveniently located near Universal Studios Hollywood. The room was very clean and pleasant, quiet during the day, not so much at night. Parking structure is safe and clean, the balcony is nice despite the construction next door. Walkable distance to shops in North Hollywood. "

"The rooms are very basic. No hair dryer in rooms and there are no fans in the bathrooms. No vending machines that I saw or food onsite. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City for 3 nights, during Ester weekend. The location is perfect, especially if you’re visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. One of the best parts was the convenient shuttle service that takes you back and forth between the hotel and the park, it made everything so easy and stress-free. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. You can really feel how organized and attentive they are everything runs smoothly and on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely come back again whenever I visit Universal Studios!"

"Great place to stay. I have stayed many times for business and I have never been disappointed. The hotel is centrally located and easy access to the other areas and it’s close to Warner Brothers and Universal Studios if you are open to a studio tour or the fun the Universal Studios offers."
