Room was om for the price, didnt expect much being a one night stay. Joe was very unwelcoming. check in is through a window while you stand on the outside & when i expressed concern about lack of office space to check in, all he did was tell me to cancel. When i adked about the deposit, he told me i could cancel. What type of customer care is that!!! So paranoid about visitos & smocking.

What I like is the fact that the area is relatively clean and relatively safe. They don't allow extra guests and that keeps out band and creepy people. This was my second time staying there. My interaction with the acting manager was wonderful the first time....but for whatever reason this time around he was a little different. I had made a reservation through Expedia about a half an hour before arriving. When I arrived, apparently they had not received the reservation. I wasn't so much bothered by that as I was bothered by the manager's demeanor this time around. I found him defensive and slightly hostile and I was taking it personal of course. With our previous interaction being pleasant, I was surprised what this encounter. I also don't need to be told that if i'm taking his demeanor wrong , then that's my problem. You just don't say that. That's like a store manager, or a restaurant manager saying that to a customer. I'm not a complainer, and I will continue to stay there when the time and need comes, but I just couldn't ignore my encounter this time around. We found out that Expedia was having some technical problems and they eventually did get the reservation. Had he just offered to call in the first place, that would have changed everything. I understand that he deals with bad and creepy people, but I am not one of them. I am diplomatic with everyone. That's just the way I am. Again, I will continue to stay there. Everything else has been fine.

This place is great the man at the front night shift is very nice and respectful the room was clean but the only thing I had an issue with was the water pressure and hardly any hot water other than that I’d definitely come back again
