Amy is a wonderful, welcoming host! She provides cook to order breakfasts at guest selected times, and leaves snacks, coffee, and filtered water in the rooms. Staying at Sweet Dreams B&B feels like home.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Amy was awesome - her breakfasts were even better - and the room was nice. We also found plenty to do locally - the Tipsy Cow and Castle Park were particular favorites. Would 100% stay again.

Really nice place in a quiet neighbourhood, Amy (owner) is very sweet and will do her best to make you feel welcome. The place is a good base for all sightseeing in LA. Thumbs up from me.

We had a wonderful stay. Amy and Trish were so hospitable and helpful with recommendations and local advice. The breakfasts were amazing and they were happy to cater for dietary requirements, going above and beyond. The suite was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed, including appliances and cutlery, teas, etc. The outside space was also wonderful for enjoying the California sunshine in the mornings. Thank you all for a fantastic stay.

The proprietor could not have been more welcoming & attentive. The King Suite was clean & comfortable & well-appointed. We could walk to Ventura Blvd & easily drive to places beyond. We would happily return & highly recommend.

Like living in LA!

we had a very enjoyable 3 day visit at Sweet Dreams. it is located in a Sherman Oaks , a very nice upper middle class residential area of LA---and it felt like we were a full time resident there. the room was very comfortable--well stocked with everything you might need, there is a lovely back yard with a pool and hot tub. the hosts were very accommodating!

This was a great find! Clean, cute, and comfortable room, and the hosts thought of everything in regards to the kitchenette! We had the King Suite, which was the perfect size for two of us. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was great, and the hosts were very welcoming. There are a million dining options close by, and we chose to Uber or drive (5 minutes) versus walking (15 - 20 minutes). The neighborhood was very quiet and it was easy to find parking. We definitely look forward to returning!
