"The room was very clean but I was given the impression that we would be able to use the balcony. The balcony door was locked and not usable. Staff was nice but they were not upfront about the valet parking daily cost which was about $45 daily. We tried calling the front desk as they said they can reserve an Uber for free cost to the Getty museum but we were on hold for almost an hour. The hotel was nice though and we just wish they were upfront with a lot of stuff beforehand. Due to this we wouldn't go there again."

"Rooms were pretty small. We got the king bed with sleeper sofa. Traveled with children. First time staying here and im not sure I would stay here again."

"This is a great place to stay for its location, decent rooms and well maintained building. It was nice to have the morning coffee, though it could be extended. Lots of great restaurants and bars all down Ventura Ave., especially to the east. Good value."

"Everything was great. The hotel was nice and clean ans smelled amazing when I walked in which was a nice change. Room was very large and clean with the exception of hand prints around the door frames and around the room. Other than. That Everything was great. Would highly recommend"

"Property is in a good location for the parks and has a good restaurant and bar. Biggest issue for me was my room backed on to the lift shaft which meant I had a very noisy stay and trouble sleeping. I asked for a room change but hotel was full and staff really didn’t care."
