"Window blind broken, constant “whistling” noise from pipework, no sockets/charging ports next to bed, TV tiny and picture display was terrible. No kettle or iron in room. Food was ok, staff were friendly."

"The room was okay. This was a remodel of an older hotel. The lobby was nice, the exterior was nice, but the room had been smoked in the past, and once that is baked into the walls and carpets, it never comes out. I can always tell because I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke. The caulk job in the bathroom left some to be desired. The check-in gent was very kind and efficient. Parking costs 17 pounds for a night and there’s plenty of it. Breakfast was pretty typical of the Hilton genre, which is solid."

"I didn’t get sent check in information so was left standing outside. Luckily, someone already checked in came out and shared the WhatsApp number with me. The internet didn’t work so not tv either. Sink was dirty, very cheap/ thin pillows, and the window wouldn’t shut. Not a bad location and nice to have space with sofa etc."

"Visited for a work trip at the NEC. Convenient walking distance to the NEC and resorts world. Restaurants, breakfast and gym and spa were lovely and clean and the rooms were nice too. Nothing bad to say really! Would stay again!"

"Hotel is very convenient, 15 minute train journey to the centre of Birmingham, and right on the doorstep of the airport. I had food in their sister hotel next door (Novotel) and it was really good. Room was spacious and had everything needed for a short stay. Staff were very welcoming. Well done !!"
