"What a view! Staff was incredibly helpful in setting up tours and driver. Breakfast staff was friendly. Hotel was a bit dated, but the view and staff more than made up for it. Kamal Ali was especially helpful. Did I mention the view? Was great to enjoy with breakfast or dinner! "

I want to give a special shout-out to Mohamad at the reception bar — I had an issue with my suitcase not opening, and as soon as I mentioned it, he immediately asked me to bring it over. He managed to open it right away and even offered me a lock from his own pocket. Such kindness and helpfulness are truly rare! The hotel is extremely safe, spotlessly clean, and the food is delicious. Don’t miss the breakfast — it’s one of the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommended in every way. I would definitely come back!"
