"Clean basic room. Attentive staff. When booking in Nov 2026 it was shown free access to the pool, however when checking in online the day before it popped up that a surcharge was now needed to use the pool. Very disappointing as this was why chose this specific hotel"

"Staff were very attentive throughout my stay. Had 1 little problem with a light in bathroom, got it fixed quickly. Breakfast was a good selection, all well presented and plentiful. Just one other thing...the room carpet could do with a deep clean, the only thing that stood out, otherwise, a good stay."

"Really comfy room, nice size, nice decor, lovely bathroom. Provided me with a toothbrush which I had forgotten. Very convenient for the station. Only slight issue was the room was really super hot and the aircon didn’t seem to make a huge difference. However, that is in issue in many nice hotels so I wouldn’t let that put you off, it was very good value,"
