"Wow what a fabulous place in Shanghai After 16 trips to Shanghai I have found my #1 favourite place to stay The room was really nice which was a Junior suite level 24 This place feels so high end Polished marble everywhere Polished Golden detailing everywhere Absolutely posh as! The staff treat you like Royalty The room cleaners do such a great job and make the room so nice daily. The pool area is absolutely fabulous and indoor so it can be enjoyed anytime right up until 11pm It is right across the road from peoples square so very easy to use the metro on exit 8 line 2 I would highly recommend this for people wanting to do shopping as you are right in Nanjing Rd I will be staying here in the future again 100% recommend it from a very experienced traveller to China from New Zealand 🇳🇿 Book and Enjoy"

There are steam sauna facilities, You need to inform the front desk at the spa if you want to use complimentary steam room and sauna services. Well maintained property that is very clean and quiet. Butler service was very responsive, I forgot my iPhone charger and they promptly lent me one for the stay."
