This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern, with an excellent location that made exploring the area effortless. Had a couple issues initially but was resolved swiftly and beyond expectations were met. This hotel is sooooo beautiful. I would go as far to say probably the best hotel I have ever stayed! Yes it’s not in the main centre with the attractions but the service but the metro is 5 minutes away and a choice of 3 lines will get you into the tourist areas. The aesthetics of this hotel makes it all worthwhile and at a fraction of what you would pay if staying in Jing’An or the financial centre.

My stay was excellent! I appreciated Chef Melvin Kong, who was simply exceptional in providing the best service I have received from a thoughtful chef at any hotel around the world. And I travel a lot. I am vegetarian and Chef Kong ensured that specifically requested vegetarian dishes were prepared for me.

A wonderful hotel that is not located in the very center, but it is easy to get to the center - the metro is nearby. and you have to understand that this is Shanghai with a population of 25 million people. It's better to be away from the city center
