I asked in advance three times about the service, but no one told us how much it would cost. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank form and only showed us the bill afterward. I will speak with them to discuss and resolve this issue."

"The toilet flushing is not strong and can choke easily. The concierge reluctant to help in booking cab via his Didi app despite we assure him that we can pay in cash. Instead he keeps recommending private can that charge exorbitant rate."

"Staff were very helpful, pleasant & welcoming. The hotel is next to YuYuan garden, lovely area with lights in the evening, lots of shops nearby for meals & other shopping. Central convenient location for other sights. The hotel is very clean, our stay of 2 nights was pleasant & comfortable. Robot delivered coffee pods for the keurig coffee machine when we ran out. I would definitely return to stay on our next visit to Shanghai. "
