Manager Snow from the front desk is simply the best, he made our stay so much easier—he even helped us to heat up the dim sum we bought earlier from the famous Cantonese restaurant Taotaoju, my hometown favorite! We have been living abroad for more than 35 years now, to be able to feel home again in China is a great feeling. Thank you Manager Snow and the entire team from the front desk!

Very convenient location. Walk to the Bund and subway station. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom( double sinks, tub and separate shower stall ). Helpful and friendly staffs. Concierge Andy is extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and one day trips. Will definitely stay there again for our next trip to Shanghai.
