Great location right by the LV ship and walking distance to a food street plus many more eateries. Room was beautiful with many thoughtful touches like charging cables, bath salts, haribo gummies (heart) and more. There are also bicycles on site that you can use to get around Shanghai.
Excellent location right at the shopping area. Another Swire great development, thank you for the exceptional services.

Receptionists are friendly and helpful in general. Hotel design is modern and relaxing. Love the swimming pool and gym facilities.
Beddings are extremely comfortable we had a good rest.
Only one problem is when we take hot showers, the metal hand holder connected to the shower head is extremely hot and we almost got burnt after running the hot water for a while.
There’s both standing shower and a bathtub which is nice.
Excellent hotel location directly linked and walkable to the shopping mall and metro.
Decent breakfast as usual just like upper house in Hong Kong.
Overall we had an enjoyable stay.
The location is extremely handy, can easily get around to different district of Shanghai within 15-20mins by car.
Rooms are well decorated, the overall aesthetic is very chic. One of the highlights would be the entrance of the hotel lobby, the chandelier is definitely breathtaking.
Staff were extremely helpful during our stays.
The overall experience is fantastic, would definitely come back if we are visiting Shanghai again! See
Fantastic location: moments away from shopping mall and metro, plenty of amazing restaurants nearby.
Design aesthetics: reminds me of airport lounges of Cathay Pacific.
Awkward bathroom layout: dual sink could not be fully utilised with the bathroom door opened.
Overall this is a nice hotel in a very convenient area of Shanghai. But with the price that I’m paying at this area for a hotel like this I’d expect the hotel to be more generous in its service, for example I’d expect linens would be replaced at least once during my 3-night-stay, however it was not the case.
The only feedback I have is that the pilot on the bed is a little too soft and was not very comfortable for me.

Not as good as most of five star hotels. The space utilization is poor. Bedside table has no room for anything, not even a phone or glasses. Bathroom is outdated. They don’t have automatic toilet. The faucet is still cold and hot separated. The place is very convenient tho. There are much better options for the price and location.
