The room was beautiful with a view of the river. It was well-appointed, had good lighting and make-up mirror (a must). Service was excellent from the concierge to the bell staff and in the restaurants.

I'll give 10 out of 10 for this hotel, the river view was breath taking, and everything was so clean and stuff was very nice. I like the fact that you can walk to the bridge from the hotel and you can bike all the way to waitan.
