"Very freeway convenient and only about 15-20 minutes away from Santa Barbara/UCSB area. Ample free parking and Carpinteria is a nice laid back little town. Only negative is walks are thin so conversations aren’t very private and you can hear neighbors above walking all night. But for the price compared to others it was worth it. "

The location was perfect we were able to do a short walk to the Santa Barbara zoo, we were able to walk to the beach. The amenities included were great, and it was Also very clean.
