"The stay was amazing and the staff were kind and courteous. My overwhelming rating was based on the comfort of the bed and the pillows. The mattress felt very lumpy and springy. The pillows were lumpy and not the greatest. Otherwise, the cleanliness and location were wonderful."

"Cute little hotel. Free breakfast in a wonderful danish bakery was an extra bonus. Room is very small. huge trucks parked right in front. That was not pleasant. But it was ok to stay for one night in this charming town"

"When we got to our room I opened the sliding glass door and the smell of dog urine was horrible. I asked the front desk to clean the balcony which they did but it really needed a deep cleaning. I was also surprised that the room didn't have a microwave and that the bath towels weren't plush and were very small. Also the weird crooked metal lock on the bathroom door locked me in. My boyfriend had to unlock the door from the outside so I could get out. With a room costing this much I expected luxury and in my opinion I would have been disappointed at half the price. I chose not to post this review on social media because I'm hoping that you resolve these problems going forward."
