"Excellent hotel, very clean, decent size pool"

"The hotel is really nice and the area is very safe. However, when we arrived, the pool was closed for repairs. The worst part was there was no hot water in our room at all. I showered at 11pm and the water was cold which I thought was an anomoly but then when my husband showered the following morning around 9 am, he also had no hot water. The water pressure in the shower also wasn't the greatest. Coldest showers we've had since our high school locker room days. A cold shower really puts a damper on the day. "

"I’m usually not too critical of hotels . I’m pretty open and understanding but this hotel sucks. It looks stuck in the 90’s. The beds are really uncomfortable. They charge for parking. Parking should be complimentary if you’re staying at the hotel. This hotel isn’t the worst but I’ll look elsewhere next time I’m in the area"
