I had the smallest room which was great for me. Shower was great too. Nice to have frig & microwave in room but I want an in room coffeemaker; might bring one from home next time. Everything was very clean! Breakfast room/lobby had crazy, ecclectric decor and the one day I had breakfast, it was nice as well. Some broken window screens is only thing I saw needing repair.

- Constant noise from bathroom - breakfast was supposed to be available from 7am to 10am BUT there was noone in office during that time our whole entire 5 days we were there cause they were short staff - BLACK MOLD was behind couch...we took pictures - couldn't find anyone to give us fresh towels and sheets for 2 days - Room smelled musky - heater/ air conditioner would leak water when in use - shower knob made an irritating noise entire time you took a shower when put on hot water - Couldn't use spa tub cause it didn't look clean, sanitized enough to soak in - would of been nice to know there is NO CLOSET - room outdated

Renovations were nice, the young man at reception was very friendly and let the manager know we were there. The area is a little rundown around, but was fine for the given price. However, received charges to credit card without explanation and have been unable to speak to management reached out both by email and phone but no response. I’m not one to write negative reviews this place was otherwise fine, but it seems given other comments that ability to communicate is an issue here
