"Location."

"Wonderful "

"The hotel and room are nice. Breakfast is so so. Too far to the city center."

"We had a great stay at location. The staff were very accommodating and rooms were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a great addition to the stay. "

"Welcoming staff, in as much as they couldn't speak English that well, they would go the extra mile to make sure you are really satisfied. "

"The hotel is far from any facilities except for those going to the International Horticulture Exhibition 2019 Beijing which will end on 7 Oct 2019. The buffet breakfast spread at US$35 leaves much to be desired. The bottle of orange juice on 12 Oct was empty. I asked the staff twice but it was not refilled."

"Nice quiet stay for a visit to nearby family. Everything was fine for my visit, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Command of English was poor, however I managed fine using Google translate. "

"Friendly host."

"Check in was ok although a long line with only 2 ppl in front desk. It was prepaid w/double breakfast but the next day the breakfast site could not find my record so the bill was sent to my room. Later then I received a call from front desk to ask how to pay the room fee etc. I replied it was prepaid and then I sent my receipt to front desk, then front desk said they need to verify with if I need to pay or not with financial dept to check if they receive fund or not. No information was replied...
