"王猛猛 Mr. Wang in the front desk recognized me when I walked in.( Last time I stayed here a while ago) He booked the room and answered my questions of the rooms I booked for others. He mad sure rooms of all my guests were on the same floor. When I checked out this morning, he remembered my booking dates in Nov. 7th, which is 9 days from now. The cleaning lady cleaned my room everyday with all the care even when I was in the meeting. My room is always fresh and clean like home. The ladies works in the cafe area in the lobby made sure my guests’ tea cup were filled for three hours. My guests were impressed of how the service was done. Traveling on the road to different countries for six months non stop, people in this hotel makes me feel at home. "

"Arrived a little early and we're greeted by the family. We dropped our bags off and had a quick freshen up before the owner drove us up the hill to The Wall carpark. He offered to pick us up but a local brought us back in the back of his little truck. That evening we had a lovely meal, all freshly prepared for us before retiring for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was simple and nice - eggs and corn bread. The family are really lovely people and so helpful, the father took us back to Beijing and our next hotel in a very comfortable BMW. "
