"The room was comfortable and warm, with everything we needed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn't have done enough for us. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The only comment I would make is that plates should be warmed (our evening meal and breakfast was lukewarm, due to cold plates). (Heatlamp doesn't warm plates sufficiently). Also, the music, during breakfast was too loud...however, it was turned down when requested. Having said that; this didn't take anything away from the enjoyment of our stay. Will thoroughly recommend your hotel; based on the building, the wonderful staff and great location...including the great pub next door. Thank you."
