Great room with great facilities. Helpful and friendly reception people and excellent location-close to everything we needed and a walk away from the famous Waikiki Beach and tour operators for whale watching and swim with turtles (and many more).

Loved it. Small cute boutique hotel right in the heart of things. May need a little tlc in some areas but adds to the charm. 5 minute walk to malls and abc store that serves hot food take out all day. About 6 minutes yo waikiki trolley that takes you to various places. We stayed 6 nights. 1 night there was music playing by the pool but all quiet by 8:30. Room had microwave, kettle and fridge which were OK. Fridge seemed to freeze a few things but all good. Water machine with ice very handy!Had...

Fab 2 night stay at Surfjack. Live music nights were great, pool and lounge area very inviting and room (penthouse) amazing. Staff were very friendly and I only wish I could have stayed longer. Was lovely seeing owners and their dogs enjoying their holidays together on site. Would highly recommend and if I am ever able to return to Waikīkī, I will be sure to stay again!

This property was an excellent option for a one night stay in Waikiki. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us in the room and we had plenty of space. It was a short walk to Ala Moana shopping centre, and a 20 minute walk to Waikiki beach. Close walk to food and an ABC store.

Loved this hotel, our room had excellent views of diamond head.The pool area was outstanding. Beds laid out with towels ready to use, plenty of towels available to grab whenever needed.it was possible to sunbathe there all day. Decks restaurant is brilliant, great food - check out there happy hour menu. Coffee shop excellent too Beach towels & deck chairs to borrow.All the staff were exceptionally helpfull. The hotel decor is fantastic. You are given water bottles to use, lots of water machines...

Lovely stay in a great location. My only slight thought was that we were supposed to be given a free bottle of wine as a VIP perk but didn't recieve this for an unknown reason. We did however recieve complementary juice and chips (crisps) in our room which was more useful to us so I didn't mind. We also recieved 2 x $5 vouchers for the restaurant but didn't use them as it meant spending another $20 plus each. Overall though, the room

Stayed here for a night, in one of the high up rooms before flying home to the UK and absolutely loved Pagoda! The room was super clean and peaceful and had tasteful modern decor and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were professional and helpful, it has a in store shop, outdoor pool and laundry room, but it’s Koi pond and Japanese garden is the main event.. real oasis inside a busy city! Bonus point for being within walking distance to Ala Moana Beach which I think is much nicer...

Lovely Hotel in a great location, the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Sky Bar was always somewhere nice to sit outside, situated on the 8th Floor. The restaurant (Sera) offered tasty food, well presented with friendly waitress and bar staff.
