We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

Staff are always amazing here. Only complaint is the noisy fridge - make sure you pull this out of the room before trying to sleep.

We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. Spent one night at this hotel with family as a break between flights from Hawaii to UK. The shuttle bus (not pre booked) was to time and picked us up with no problems from SFO. Location of hotel is right in front of the bay opposite the runways so great if you are a bit of a plane geek (like me and my daughter) - make sure you book a rear room overlooking the bay!
