"The room was very clean. The location is great, 3 min walk to the beach and right across from a Walgreens. Check-in was fast and Francisco was very accommodating. He changed my room from a king bed to double with an Ocean view. It was a better option since I was traveling with my teen son. The staff was very friendly. Antonio at the front desk also helped us out by extending our check out time. I will definitely recommend this hotel. It was clean, bed sheet count was great, the free bottle water and coffee was a plus. The only thing I didn't like was the small balcony but the view of the beach was amazing."

"The hotel is very well located and beautiful inside, with a pleasant atmosphere and nice design. However, my room was never cleaned during my stay, and the water heater didn’t seem to work properly, so I couldn’t get hot water.Overall, it’s a lovely property in a great area, but the maintenance and housekeeping need improvement."

"24 hour pool and hot tub is an absolute gem. The hotel is right next to a 24 hour grocery store which is amazing and very convenient. It’s a very short walk to the beach and they also do a shuttle if you don’t want to walk. Only a 10 minute drive to Old San Juan and other touristy places. Amazing restaurants all over and I still can’t get over the amazing pool and hot tub. We love this place it made our first anniversary trip the best. The only negative of this hotel is the staff at the café. Most of them are very nice and extremely helpful but for the breakfast buffet, some of the waitresses were a little inattentive, but that did not ruin our breakfast and that is the only caveat of this amazing hotel. 24 hour pool and hot tub is awesome. Would highly recommend!! Did I mention how much I love the pool and hot tub it’s 24 hours people it’s amazing!!!!"
