"Our first time staying there and it was great. Aside from the parking lot being over full, stalls being super narrow and parking gate not working properly. The hotel and room itself was great. We would definitely stay there again."

"The property was very nice and relaxing. The structure is a bit dated but still comfortable. However, the costs for everything on the property, whether it be drinks, food, snack shop, even to hold bags in lobby was out of line. The deli steps across the street for simple needs was a fraction of the cost."

"The hotel is very well located and beautiful inside, with a pleasant atmosphere and nice design. However, my room was never cleaned during my stay, and the water heater didn’t seem to work properly, so I couldn’t get hot water.Overall, it’s a lovely property in a great area, but the maintenance and housekeeping need improvement."

"24 hour pool and hot tub is an absolute gem. The hotel is right next to a 24 hour grocery store which is amazing and very convenient. It’s a very short walk to the beach and they also do a shuttle if you don’t want to walk. Only a 10 minute drive to Old San Juan and other touristy places. Amazing restaurants all over and I still can’t get over the amazing pool and hot tub. We love this place it made our first anniversary trip the best. The only negative of this hotel is the staff at the café. Most of them are very nice and extremely helpful but for the breakfast buffet, some of the waitresses were a little inattentive, but that did not ruin our breakfast and that is the only caveat of this amazing hotel. 24 hour pool and hot tub is awesome. Would highly recommend!! Did I mention how much I love the pool and hot tub it’s 24 hours people it’s amazing!!!!"

"I love how the place looked, the room was spacious and it looked very modern. The location is perfect and you’re right over district T mobile. The parking we used was the one used for the convention center but there’s lots of parking overall. Everything is walking distance and there’s even a Walgreens 10 minutes away. Loved the atmosphere and the front desk was super helpful."
