"Great housekeeping, property itself is a little rough around the edges, parking is good for San Francisco, and it's a 5 min or less walk to the beach. Your door looks at a nice dune / trail, you can hear and smell the ocean. Rooms were rather roomy and all staff encountered were nice. We had a fridge, just not a coffee maker or microwave but I knew that and planned accordingly. Was it perfect? No. Was it perfect for us? Absolutely! They provided with shower essentials. response time was within 30 minutes to an 1hour and a half after my initial message which was reassuring. Some of of the glassware that was provided for drinking wasn’t properly washed. I grabbed a wine glass that had lip marks and fingerprint marks all over it and that was nice to see.
