"We enjoyed our stay at this motel. The room was newly remodeled, spotless and comfortable. The manager was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to ensure that we a pleasant experience. Having convenient on-site parking was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The initial walk into the apartment was very nice. What struck me was the overpowering smell of cleaning solvents (clorox/chlorine). Other than the odor the room was well maintained. However, the restroom was a different issue. There were ants all over the wall where the sink and toilet were situated. Luckily, I had sealed containers to protect my hygienic items."

"I stayed at this hotel for 7 days and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I travel frequently for both business and leisure and often choose Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express properties because they are usually reliable. This stay, however, fell well below my expectations. The most concerning issue was cleanliness and safety. On one occasion, a piece of glass fell from the sink area when I moved my hairdryer. It landed near my foot and, fortunately, did not cause an injury, but it was sharp enough that someone could have easily been hurt, especially in a bathroom where guests are often barefoot. The following day, I found another piece of glass hidden inside a folded towel. I didn’t notice it until I cut my finger while using the towel. Finding glass in a supposedly clean towel was extremely alarming. There were also several housekeeping issues throughout my stay. For three consecutive days, the bathroom floor mat was placed on a bench next to our clean belongings and seating area, which seemed unhygienic and unnecessary. Additionally, one afternoon I returned from work hoping to rest before a scheduled conference call, only to find that my room had not yet been serviced. Housekeeping informed me I would need to leave the room for cleaning, but I was already on a work call. While the staff member ultimately accommodated the situation, it was still frustrating. To make matters worse, when I first checked into the room late at night after a heavily delayed"

"First off the place has limited parking. First come first serve. Don’t park in the corner spot or you will get blocked in and can’t get out. Three stories and not Handicap friendly. Rooms are large and come with a tv, internet, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Room was clean but could use some attention to detail. Meaning clean baseboards and food on wall. My coffee maker did not work and staff quickly addressed the issue. Loud noise from tram going by day and night. While at night it was loud also from patrons at the bar on the corner. Beautiful ocean view from windows. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Very affordable with friendly staff."

"Check in is tricky - make sure you follow their instructions, before you arrive. I spent 20min in the cold standing outside while I tried to take a pic of my driver’s license. Someone was nice enough to let me in the door, but there was no reception on the ground floor so I had to be outside. Once you’re setup with your pin, everything works. The door was a bit fidgety, and the blinds in my room did not work lol this meant the blinds (which are black outs btw) is permanently locked at whatever position it is in. Ultimately the bed was comfortable and the stay was fine but I can’t recommend the property."
