"No issues and high marks all around. Staff was great at checkin and out and during stay. Included breakfast was just right and the daily free wine and cheese plus other goodies was a treat. Would highly recommend to anyone heading to SF area. Location is perfect, block away from Haight and across street for Golden Gate Park and easy public transportation access minutes away. Will be back!!"

"This was our 5th stay here - a true hidden gem... simple rooms, but spotless. The front desk gent (manager? owner?) is a total class act - very much cares for his guests, looks after them - a true delight. There are large and small rooms - the small ones overlook the parking area to the rear, and are quieter; the larger ones overlook Judah St and the street cars/MUNI - we personally love its sounds: shades of Manhattan. We've stayed at a couple other nearby places - but the Ocean Inn is by far...

"Great location, comfortable, and easy check-in! Always a reliable, safe place to stay. Judah Street Muni Train runs out in front during the day. Very convevient for tides down the line (i.e. Restaurants, Haight Street and Downtown) Coffee place (Java Beach) is next door, Ocean Beach Access is across the street, and it's only a few blocks to Golden Gate Park. "

"Easy check in. Nice front desk manager. Comfortable bed and pillows. FREE PARKING. A small grocery store next door. A pizza place next to that. The classic Final Final bar 1/2 block away. Many restaurants, bars and shops a five minute walk away. Palace of Fine Arts Theater also five minute walk. Presidio across the street. Quieter than I would have thought. Great value."

"I’ve staid in the Casa Loma a few times over the years while visiting family in SF. The rooms are small but definitely not claustrophobic, most importantly they’re clean and well stocked with towels, soap, etc. The surrounding neighborhood is beyond charming. Plenty of markets, take out, and laundromats on the same street to keep you supplied and comfortable if you’re staying for a long weekend or a few days. Just a wonderful experience every time I’ve visited. "

"Wifi strong signal, hair dryer, heater works. There is a fan for summer. There is a microwave, a refrigerator, a TV. Shampoo & soap are provided. Daily housekeeping available. Everything is as promised. Linens are clean, there's no spot. All the basic stuffs are available. No laundry. As for the area, The16th street, west side of Valencia is good. I ride Bus 22, dropped at half block away with no problem. Valencia itself is a busy street with lots of nice store and restaurants. There are bum...
