This hotel is conveniently located ! You can walk to fisherman’s wharf in 5 minutes . It is also just far enough away to be very quiet ! Clean and big bathroom and room !

We loved this hotel it’s in the perfect spot for everything and great to walking to fisherman’s Wharf. The pool isn’t too deep and you can just relax while watching the kids swim. The only thing was the bathtub drained slow while showering. Other then that this place was prefect.

Overall the stay was okay! Definitely have stayed at nicer hotels. San Francisco is known for their high crime rates.. so it did feel a bit unsafe in the area. However inside the hotel was okay. The hotel is only 5-6 stories. Fairly quiet! No loud doors slamming shut. There is a Starbucks right behind the hotel which was very convenient and a trader Joe's down the road. The location was very convenient for seeing Ghirardelli and the wharf. There is also a restaurant in the hotel Cons.. the valet parking was $65 and they only offer valet on the property unless you choose to park at a parking across the hotel. There is also a resort fee added when you check in which was a surprise to us.

Sang who is at the front desk is very helpful and courteous. I was there for an extended stay for my son’s wedding. Carlos also assisted me with placing something on hold for my son to retrieve after my departure was also very helpful. Your staff finds a way to say yes. Yes to all but the pool which was unfortunately out of service during my visit. I would highly recommend this location. Also your valet servers were very attentive.

The first night, when rested my head on the pillows it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The smell was of at least 100 people dribble. The next day they apologized and changed the 2 of 4 pillows, however, those pillows never should have been there in the first place. Secondly, the picture from the king room was nice, I could at least see outside, the room I was stuck in for 8 days had the window obscured by a wall of trees, we could not see outside or get much outside light, felt like we were in purgatory. I have comparison pictures. I tried to get a room change but was told they are not known for their views, they did not have any better king rooms available and they would let the manager know. Of course the manager never followed up. In addition, I realize what I was dealing with, so I sucked it up and decided lesson learned, I just would never stay there again. It was my fault for putting my trust in the brand. I do give an excellent score for the young man who checked us in on arrival

The hotel was very clean and rooms were very spacious. The location is very convenient and at walking distance of tourist locations. The staff was very cordial and welcoming. Check in and check out was easy and staff was very helpful and accommodating to get guests needs met.
