I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday. Top notch customer care, cleanliness, Well organised setting, good sanitary facilities, safety, etc

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

Hotel staff greeted us nicely , rooms nice & tidy, next to hockey stadium. Easy for transport & close to main attractions

Great hotel and so welcoming when you walk in. Only wish the gluten free offerings could be improved for breakfast. On a positive was great to have gluten free spaghetti for dinner one evening. Overall the stay was fantastic and very close to the airpor.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. Remarkable service all round & quick mention to Kushi on the front desk. (#apple 27/05)
