Parking can be a challenge but a lovely place to stay

Everything's great about this hotel- location, rooms, roof terrace, staff breakfast..difficult to use the pool at certain times so busy. Lots of parking near by so no need to pay for valet parking.

Initially had a room on the 11th floor which wasn’t great for me. The room like a lot of hotels has fixed windows so no fresh air and hotel was very hot so ac on all the time. The staff and manager were great and allowed me to move to a balcony room on the 3rd floor overlooking the square. This completely changed my opinion of the property and we had a great stay

A laid back and colourful hotel, the vibe of which is perfect for the city of Portland. The staff were briliant, the advice they gave and going that little bit further to provide fantastic customer service by running around on Sunday night to see which places were open for food. The hotel is situated in the Pearl District which is North East of Portland. There is a tram that runs directly outside the hotel, and the hotel provides free tickets for the NE section of the map. Absolutely stunning luxury hotel. Staff very welcoming and made my stay feel so special. All staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The service provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and I plan to go back to this hotel in the very near future.

I loved staying here, I felt really at home. One of the best places I've stayed in the world. Room was clean, comfortable and had what I needed. Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly and polite. My absolute favourite standout him was Michael. Michael's energy, attention to detail and knowledge was so useful during my trip. We loved the hotel, very quirky and cool! We got an upgrade too and the room was enormous. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Portland.

Excellent breakfast and room

We absolutely loved this hotel, from the exceptionally warm welcome at check in, super helpful tips on where to visit and where to eat, to the beautiful room. A really lovely experience. Some thoughtful touches too, like the early evening wine tasting. Special mention to the wonderful team at reception, especially the lovely lady who printed off her helpful guide for us and was just totally delightful for our entire stay.
