"I enjoyed my stay — the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the amenities were nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that stood out was that it wasn’t quite as clean as I expected (a bit of dust and a few missed spots). Other than that, it was a good experience, and I’d consider staying again."

" Beautiful clean rooms helpful staff central located to just about anything great view on thirty six floor i could see golden gate from my room room and the water stunning great bartendars as well parking sucked 95 for the weekend did not move my car from parking garage because rates are insane but its frisco id stay here again"

"Hotel Garrett was perfectly situated within a 20 min walking distance to the Moscone center. They had food protein forward options for breakfast and the front desk was always attentive. This area of San Francisco isn’t the nicest but just walk down Howard to get around. Or take a Waymo. Lots of those around. "

"Very clean property and the staff is AMAZING! We had to stay here because our son is a UCSF patient on chemotherapy for his autoimmune condition. Once the staff new about our situation they helped us tremendously. They upgraded our room to help with my son, gave us breakfast vouchers and a 10% discount that they did not have to give. We will be staying again at this location as we have another appointment coming up on December 1, 2025! Thank you to the staff at IHG Intercontinental SF. We will see you again soon."
