"It was a nice place to stay in, we had a room with my husband, daughter, and me. The cleaning people came everyday and they always made sure we were stock with stuff. The check in was a bit difficult but that was on us because we didn’t look at the preregister check in, just make sure to be on top of it. The place was quiet and everyone was respectful with one another. Other than that, the stay was perfect and they have nice cafes/restaurants around the area!"

"Location is great! Across the street from Roma Termini so easy access for travel! The hotel is very clean but could use some updating. My only real complaint is that the what’s app chat they use is not monitored and responded to in a timely manner. Asked for an iron and got a message the next day asking if I still needed it! The front desk staff is very friendly! All in all not a bad experience but could use some improvement!"

It was 9 PM and we couldn’t find the on switch so I asked a staff member in the fitness room and was told it wouldn’t work because it was too close to the 10PM closing time. This was very disappointing as we were wanting to use it to unwind from the day."
