Room was very clean, very simple check in and check out, the amenities for breakfast were good and the host was very accommodating getting me things for my dietary requirements. There is a Metro station nearby which will shortly be opening, which makes it even more appealing in the very near future. Otherwise, San Giovanni is only 8-10 minutes walk (Line A). The supermarket nearby is ideal for supplies. I would stay again.

Hi, praise for a lovely location

It was a very quiet setting. The room was very clean. The hostess was extremely informative and very helpful access was easily attained. We received all the information prior to our arrival overall, it was a very nice relaxing time.

Great place for affordable price

The place is clean and nice. There is no 24/7 reception but the manager is available by WhatsApp all the time and answered all our questions. Even thought the hotel is not located in the center of Rome, there is a plenty of public transportation around which makes it easy to get anywhere you want. We enjoyed our stay and I would go again.

Nice little apartment

This is an apartment which has 4 separate locked bedrooms with a shared kitchen area for coffee,water etc, other guests were very quiet, didn’t hear any noise apart from the traffic as we were facing the road, breakfast (packets of bread,croissants, juice bottles,coffee pods etc) is left in your room every morning. You have your own safe, bed is super comfy. It’s about a 10 min walk up hill to the Colosseum, very close. We had a lovely stay.

In a very quiet area on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle but good enough location to use public transportation to get anywhere you’d like in the city. Very clean and nicely renovated. Walls are pretty thin and can hear a little of what’s going on throughout the bnb. Loved that they put breakfast in the room for you everyday and put fresh water in the fridge. Overall great experience. 9/10

Lovely stay!

Beautiful hotel and a great walking location to the colosseum. Communication with the hosts was clear and friendly. Nice touch having a basket of breakfast stuff and mini fridge in room which is refreshed each day, alongside the self service breakfast & coffee.Which allows for more flexibility

A must for solo travellers!

Was absolutely perfect for a Solo traveller. They offered a brilliant room service where they regularly cleaned the room and stocked water and snacks in the room. Lovely to come back from a long day of walking to a cleaned room. The temperature in the room was perfect - bearing in mind the temperature in Rome averaged 21 degrees when I went. Communication with the owners/receptionist was easy. About a 12 minute walk from the colosseum and all for such a reasonable price. Would recommend to any solo traveller who wants to go to Rome.

This was the best find in Rome. With all the essentials of a comfortable stay in an art deco apartment - the cleaners were so lovely and the lady who I believe to be the owners or manager was extremely helpful and gave great tips for the area. I would definitely be returning here!

I enjoyed my stay! I was offered snacks especially gf options since I have an allergy. My room was clean and safe and I’m traveling as a single woman. Within waking distance to colosseum. Many options of transit within walking distance. There’s also a grocery store at the end of block! I was pleasantly impressed and I will recommend to friends.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Francesca and team couldn’t do enough for us and were so lovely and helpful. Very responsive with any questions we had via text. We would definitely come back again. Partner was ill for a few days (therefore they couldn’t get in to clean room) and Francesca made sure we still had new towels, plates and breakfast/drinks.
