I enjoyed everything about the hotel - from the grandeur, elegance, food and location. Excellent value for money. Slightly surprised that you need to pay to use the gym but that’s a relatively minor problem.

Perfect hotel! It’s is perfectly placed next to everything you need and walking distance to the station. The hotel itself is very clean, spacious with great views, very classy and very nice staff. Excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Kobe Port. For the price, the quality of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kobe.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Hankyu RESPIRE, the first being only for a few nights on a multi-city "Golden Route" trip to Japan last year and the experience I had, combined with it's fantastic location meant it was the obvious choice for my week-long stay in Osaka this year. The rooms are well equipped and roomy, especially for Japan, toiletries, room slippers and pyjamas are provided, meaning you can leave those things at home and have more space in your luggage for your Japan...

Looks like a new hotel and is very modern and elegant. The location is great and would highly recommend this hotel if looking to explore the Dotonburi. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are excellent and attentive.

Rooms were spacious and super clean. We didn’t eat in the hotel as lots of options in the shopping centre outside. We had an issue with the safe on the last day and they were there to fix it within minutes. Perfect place to stay.

The hotel is grand in size and style, everything from the lobby to the elevator is majestic. It was a bit difficult to find initially, but I blame google maps for that! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel isn't far from namba station, so easily accessible.

Everything was perfect from the room to the staff and breakfast was really good. It’s in an excellent location and exceptional clean and staff so friendly and welcoming.
