Their system was allegedly down the entire time, couldn’t split the cost between two cards. Water on the floor due to a broken fridge, told the desk, they did nothing, had to use towels to mop up, asked for more towels, never got them.wet towels used in the floor on day 1, were still there, on day 3 when we checked out. safe didn’t work, pool was closed, no plates for breakfast. Front desk staff sat in chairs on their phone for 3 days and did nothing. Never have I seen a general lack of care or concern at a hotel
