The kitchen staff were brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel made it especially great due to the amenities nearby in the plaza and fuel station. "This hotel is truly unique! On the cliff overlooking the sea and next to the ruins of King Arthur’s castle. Dinner was excellent (borsch and venison). Breakfast was fine. Staff are helpful and friendly. The owner had even upgraded my room. Plenty of onsite parking. Incredible location!"

"Despite the 1960s look from the front and the scaffolding this hotel is built into the side of the hill is a hidden gem. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The food was excellent and the views of Mawgan Porth were stunning even in the unpleasant weather that we had. Really enjoyed the spa too. Even the Yogi tea that was on offer. Would definitely stay there again"
