"We had to stay here onky for 1 night. Unfortunately a damage to our motorcycle obliged to stay in Gorran Haven for 4 nights. The accomodation in hotel was perfect but without a rental car the place is isolated, nice but not for long stays."
"What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! "
"Host was excellent- very helpful and friendly!
Property was pleasant and very homely.
Owners dog was friendly but well controlled by owner!
Would highly recommend this property for a peaceful
and comfortable place to stay.
I have really enjoyed my time here!"
"Location is right on the harbor, beautiful views of a small but lovely fishing village. Room was surprisingly big, well decorated with an excellent bathroom. Enjoyed painting of harbor which was an exact match to looking out the window! Mevagissey has very little parking and narrow streets, but parking is provided about 200 yards away so it's an easy walk."
"The gentleman who served breakfast, also carried luggage and called the taxi!
He stayed outside the building until the taxi actually arrived! Very nice man!"
"I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. We arrived about 4pm, unpacked the car and had a Quick Look...

"Lovely and quiet hotel with great sea view. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was very friendly! Some interior and the outdoor pool area could be more modern, in my opinion. The breakfast was good, but could have had more options to choose from. Besides that, everything was excellent! Thank you so much!"
"What a little gem this hotel is, there is no restaurant, but has a communial room with facilities to be able to make food. This didnt bother me & my boyfriend as we could get up and go out to eat as & when we liked. Room was massive and so comfy, window sill was so wide i could sit in it reading my book and looking at the sea.
Maria who runs this hotel on her own is a amazing, nothing was to much trouble, very knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was too much for her. I would personally stay here again."
"Absolutely wonderful stay, the hosts couldn't do enough for us. The room, food and service were all outstanding, and the views across the bay are beautiful. Loved it! "
