Stylish and elegant rooms. Kind and helpful staff. A little ways out of Venice and in a quiet neighbourhood.

very nice hotel in very close 2 Marco Polo Airport. Hotels staff didn't know too much English but they were very helpful and tried their best to help make our vacation as nice as possible.

Very big room, very clean. Simple however clean and very well located. The breakfast delicios and the receptionist guy absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service by the manager - highly recommend, great location too

Fantastic place would definitely recommend. Bus to Venice 1 min walk away and Train Station 5 minutes if you want to leave Venice for a day trip. Family who ran are incredibly friendly and they take very good care of the place. Can easily recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great stay.

Beautiful, 1000 year old building, but still has all you need for great stay. A must for a romantic stay

Friendly welcome great value for passing through or before going to the airport

Wonderful!

Very nice comfortable and clean space. In midst of shopping area and a short walk to main square and market. Alessandro very friendly and helpful.

Near train station. Room is clean. Service is excellent. Highly recommend!

Very friendly, helpful amd responsive owner. The room is clean and with good aircon. Super convenient for the Biennale

Couldn't find a fault in this lovely hotel. Small, in a quiet location, but just a few minutes walk along the canals from the station, vaporetto stop and main car park. Family run, friendly multilingual staff, delicious breakfasts. About a 5 minute walk to Mestre Station where you can get buses into Venice and both Airports (Marco Polo and Treviso). Room was comfortable and clean. Fast WiFi of about 80mb. Easy communication with the owner Francesco.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hosts were really nice and supportive and made our stay very welcome. The rooftop balcony was beautiful and really enjoyed the character of the room. Within easy walking distance from the station. Would really recommend a stay here.

Had everything you could want, we stayed in the top floor and had the roof terrace. No issues, staff helpful and apartment very comfortable

Great location and a friendly host. 5 minutes walk from the main square with plenty of local places to eat.

Quiet location just off the Grand Canal. Clean, comfortable rooms, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Best thing is the traghetto just around the corner, which whisks you across the canal to just a few meters from San Marco, and only 2 euros.
