Location is excellent. Just across the Venezia-Mestre train station and bus stop. Very accessible to go to Venezia and other parts of Italy like Verona, Padova, Milan, etc if you're planning on a day trip to those places. Breakfast was lovely. There were many variety to choose from. Staffs at the breakfast area were really nice, friendly, and attentive to the guests. Lorie, especially, she was really nice. The welcome was warm and check-in was quick, efficient but remained friendly and the Reception staff spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable with a comfy pillow. The bar staff were friendly with great English and were able to recommend a drink for me when I was undecided. Overall, I recommend this hotel with it being on the 4L bus route to take you into Venice. An added bonus is Mestre railway station is a 10 minute walk away if you want to go further afield.

Very modern and lovely hotel, very clean and very comfortable, a short distance from Venice Airport and shuttle service, the only complaint with the shuttle service is that they drop you off in the car park and not outside the terminal, and it’s a fair walk to get to the terminal

Really liked the hotel itself. Staff wasn't very pleasant. A bit rude, didn't explain anything, when I asked where breakfast is served for example, he pointed behind him and gave me a look like he thought I was daft. Breakfast was typical Italian fare - good and fresh. Breakfast girl was same as front guy - a bit rude. She didn't greet us and I had to go to the bar and wait a few minutes before she finally awknowledged me for my drink order. If they increased their customer service would be 5/5.

Beautiful hotel & it's in a great location for Rialto Bridge & St Mark's Square so we would highly recommend. There is a free shuttle bus/water taxi from hotel pier that takes you to Murano where you are shown how they make the Murano glass. You are then shown round a very beautiful but expensive showroom. They then show you to the gift shop if you don't make a purchase but there is no obligation to purchase anything. Only down side to hotel was that you had to pay to go in the spa (€25...

Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Rooms are a good size and very adequately furnished. It has an elevator which was good news. The hotel is in a fabulous position to get the tram straight over to Venice and a 15 minute or so walk to Mestre itself which is a lovely town to visit and eat out etc. Very easy to get around with buses and trams and vaporetto's which is very cheap with the Venice Unica pass https://www.veneziaunica.it/en/content/how-it-works costs €20 for day 1, then €10 per day...

Staff very helpful and pleasant with a ready smile

Had a great stay at the hotel, it’s well positioned near to the station for trips to Venice, and an easy walk to the Restaurants of Treviso. Run by a lovely couple. Breakfast is excellent. It is well run and very clean.

Our first time in Venice, and we found this hotel was ideal, situated across the road from the water transport hub. The room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the lagoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was of good quality, and the hotel was clean throughout.

Amazing location, our room was upgraded without asking, no problem with extending our checkout time, friendly and most helpful staff. Breakfast could be taken on a terrace garden overlooking the grand canal, what more could you ask for.

Best overall position, easy access to the train station or coach park, modern building and decor. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

Sadly, I never had time for breakfast but it sure look up to scratch.

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff who showed us where everything was, which water bus to get etc. Close to what is a lovely seaside style resort so restaurants, ice cream, beach etc. within 10 minutes walk. Only minus is that the bedroom was very hot at night so difficult to sleep.

very nice hotel quiet and clean. The Loft Restaurant on the roof is well worth the effort too you will get a discount on the price when staying here. stayed a week and no problems at all. food was fantastic. Happy to stay again.
