Very nice and spacious room. Nicely decorated and clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely family run business.

Villa Franceschi is absolutely beautiful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food and cocktails. Very friendly to dogs. The rooms have been recently renovated and are absolutely stunning. Park around the property is wonderful. This property stole our hearts.

We shared we were going to arrive at 1am and Anna provided details of how to enter, room number, WiFi... There are taxis to the local station at the cost of €25. Back to the accommodation, the room was large with a jacuzzi and immaculate. The breakfast was amazing, fresh cooked to order and filling. The credit goes to the hard working staff especially Ilaria, Clarissa and of course Anna. Don't tell anyone but this place is AMAZING.

Extremely comfortable beds, calm and relaxing stay. Beautiful hotel lovely and clean. Spacious room. Lovely owners and staff.

The hotel is brilliant because the staff are the most helpful people you will ever meet and the facilities were all clean and user friendly.

A superb B&B - Giovanni is an excellent host. We arrived late and messaged Giovanni and he was waiting for us. The room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable Breakfast was amazing- full continental and scrambled eggs too. And home made cake - delicious. Giovanni kindly offered to take us to our next destination in his car 5 mins away - amazing service - thank you. Highly recommend

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a 26 night European adventure. We were visiting Venice and have been a number of times before and so didn't feel the need to stay right in the City. This hotel was about 25km away and the round trip bus journey from the centre of Dolo was about 40mins and cost 14Euros for 2 return. It is a simple elegant hotel and we really enjoyed our two nights there. We opted for breakfast which was cheap (3Euros each per night) and was simple and adequate for the...

Beautiful old villa just 35 mins by bus straight into the heart of Venice Bus stop right outside hotel Rooms are clean , beds comfy, staff excellent so helpful

Great for a stopover from the airport when flight lands quite late

The Hotel is family run, very hospitable & very helpful. The spread at breakfast was excellent & very reasonable 5 euros to upgrade to full breakfast.

Lovely hotel with great restaurants close by and a couple of quiet bar cafe's to enjoy a late evening drink after spending the day sightseeing on Venice Island. Public transport bus system very reliable.

Hotel was comfortable exceptionally clean and staff were very helpful. Downside, does not have a restaurant for dinner and only one grill in village open in the evenings except forondays. Bus stops outside hotel and tickets available from reception.
