Staff is nice. But I can't find a kettle. The only way to get hot water is from Coffee machine, i need to get it cup by cup

Quite and relaxing ,free shuttle to Venice was a real bonus

Previous reviews allowed us to prepare for a second class vermin invested hotel. Nothing could be further from the truth- the hotel was extremely clean & comfortable, with excellent friendly, competent & helpful staff . The hotel is not situated in the middle of an industrial estate, it's in the village. Bonuses included the shuttle service & the near bus stops. .A ready snack machine of some kind could have proved beneficial to complement the excellent coffee machine.
