"Needs a refresh. Room key card readers were problematic for many guests. Breakfast was good and room was clean, but common areas are in need of attention…… stained ceiling tiles, peeling wall coverings, just a dingy feeling."

"The room was very clean. And I had problems with the black out curtains and they got maintenance to come in and help promptly. During the endeavor my cat, who’s an ESA disappeared into literal thin air. They helped me check the room and under the bed… literally everywhere. They were even checking the cameras and the neighboring rooms that were cleaned. Well an hour or two later — after I am already distraught and in tears… she jumps on the bed and gives a meow. I look at her and tell her she is a chronic pita! I proceeded to tell her she took at least 5 years off my life and how I didn’t appreciate how she chose to promptly ignore my calls and go missing in action. Meanwhile ESA dog was trying to console me but I seriously wasn’t having it until I found her. Aside from this event it was a great stay! But it wasn’t anyone’s fault but my cat’s! So I don’t hold them responsible if anything they went above and beyond to help me because they texted the entire staff her photo to look out for her. So i am truly impressed at their efforts to help me locate her! I have stayed here many times when my ac has gone out at various complexes in the area and I will choose to stay here again because of the exceptional service. They are truly unmatched and I will never forget the people who helped me that day. "

"The hotel itself was good but the area around was terrible. Homeless people camped out everywhere around the property. One actually broke into the hotel while we were in the lobby getting ready to leave and tried attacking the front desk person. The police were called and they responded very quickly luckily so we could get out at and get packed up to leave. "
