The actually property was inside was beautiful and clean. Very cozy. The only thing I’d suggest is to make the entrance a bit more obvious. Even a photo to show what to expect on arrival as it can be quite difficult to find.

Great small hotel in a quiet are but only 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum.
Clean and very comfortable.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
A simple breakfast was included but would benefit from a little more variety .

We had the garden suite room which was very spacious and had everything we needed... Access to the pool was great and overall lovely stay. When back in Rome we will stay here for certain.

Great modern feel Hotel, 10-12 minute walk to the Colesseum. The restaurant on the roof is very good and the views are amazing. Taxi costs around 7-8 euros to get to Piazza Novona, a great place to sit, eat and people watch in the evening. Follow the crowds later to the Patheon then onto the wonderful Trevi Fountain while eating gelato. I will be staying there again.

Booked this hotel as surprise for my husbands birthday, so glad I did. Hotel was lovely, staff very helpful & polite. Hotel was in great location 15 minute walk from Colosseum and 10 minute walk from Trastevere area which has lots of bars, café's, stalls and restaurant's. Had bed & breakfast booked and food was lovely, more than enough to choose from before a day of touring around Rome. Room was large, air conditioned, cleaned every day and had lovely view out into gardens. Staff were all...

Made a wonderful base for our weekend in Rome. The rooms aren't the most modern but spacious enough and clean. The shower had great pressure too.
Breakfast was good, and the staff were all very friendly with Nico being a particular highlight (he's quite the character!).
Location was excellent around a 20 min walk to the Colosseum and also being in the Testaccio district it meant we had easy access to loads of wonderful great value restaurants, plus our favourite Gelato place in Rome just...

Absolutely loved this gem of a hotel - a great neighbourhood, lovely staff, clean and practical rooms, it was so wonderful to have a pool on site too.
Brilliant location away from the hustle and bustle but walkable to all sights. I cannot recommend it enough and would definitely stay again.

Very nice modern hotel convenient for all the main attractions. On a busy road but well insulated and every member of staff was very welcoming. Only negative points was the air con was noisy for a day but quiet mostly and the bathroom door made a squeaking sound and needs oiling! Breakfast was good. Would stay again

Excellent location, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Reception and restaurant staff extremely friendly and helpful. Fabulous place to stay when in Rome!

Excellent stay at the Liberty Boutique. Very convenient location within easy walking distance of the train station. Rooms were bright and modern and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with option for freshly made pancakes/waffles or eggs. While walking from station to hotel, I was slightly worried as the street was a little run down, but I did not feel at all unsafe and the hotel was very nice once we arrived. The location is a bit far off from the main sights, but we...

Essentially three things:
Well placed. A bus ride from the real centre of Rome and also in a cool area full of restaurants and shops
Good value for money. Basic but with all needs cared for. Rooms are spacious and well looked after.
Extremely efficient and caring staff. The extra that makes the place excellent!
