"Our 4 night stay at Palazzo Velabro was wonderful! Our room was spacious and had a large balcony that over looked a garden and faced the Palatine Hill. The location is fantastic as the property is located within pretty close walking distance to several historical sites including Circus Maximus, the Capitoline Hill, the Roman Forum and the Colosseum. We also had no problem walking up to the Pantheon or Baths of Caracalla. The Tiber River is right across the street as is the bridge to Trastavere....

"The host was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Check in was easy and clear. They even helped arrange transportation from the airport and to the port. That was awesome. The property was close to the Colosseum and there were several dining options near by. They even provided snacks and bottled water for us upon arrival. It was a nice touch. Thanks for making the start of our trip seamless and memorable!"

"Excellent hotel right in the heart of the historic district of Rome. There are only four rooms in this establishment, contained in an area of a centuries old building. The owner was there to greet us and give us a tour of the facility. She also provided advice for visiting the surrounding area. The room itself was clean and updated. You are within walking distance to all tourist attractions. Highly recommend recommended."

You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome."

"Really great place. Breakfast was delicious with great variety. We were there in early March so not busy, location is good. You can walk to the colosseum or rent scooter and bike lane most of the way and easily ride the whole way. Roof top restaurant is nice. Steam room gets super hot. I would stay again."

"Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better."
